For Candidates
- IGNITE Internship Programme is a Kerala government-assisted internship
opportunity offered to candidates who are either fresh graduates or awaiting
final year results.
- The Internship is for a duration of six months and it may commence in September
2022.
- A Monthly stipend is paid to an intern by the recruiting company. Each intern
shall be provided a minimum monthly stipend of Rs 10,000, which includes the
government subsidy of Rs 5,000 per intern.
- All Candidates are supposed to register the IGNITE internship web portal for
considering their application. Mere registration by candidate in the Ignite
Internship programme is not a confirmation/guarantee for the selection purpose.
- Before enrolment a person shall ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility
criteria.
- Candidates need to provide all required information at the time of registration
itself. Further updates will not be entertained.
- All communication with regards to internship will be through Ignite web portal
and E-mail only.
- Multiple/duplicate entries of candidate enrolment will not be considered for
Ignite internship programme.
- Please be aware that all the important communication will be sent through your
Email ID. Ensure entered Email ID is valid and check emails regularly.
- After successful enrolment in IGNITE web Portal, candidates are not required to
come to our office for certificate verification and their original certificates
will be verified only at the time of selection by the Company.
- There is no obligation on the part of the employer to offer permanent employment
to an intern at the end of six months internship programme.
- Selection of interns is the company's prerogative.
- Interns shall be required to make their own arrangements towards the
transportation.
- Candidates who are selected under IGNITE Internship programme shall abide by the
companies HR policies.
- Company has the right to terminate the interns in-terms of any misconduct or
negligence during the internship with or without notice.
- Company has the right to decide the mode of internship
(physical/virtual/hybrid).
- No labour laws would be applicable to the interns, who are not eligible to any
privilege/benefit available to permanent employees in a company.
- The Internship agreement between an intern and company is to be set up upon
conditionally after confirmation by the applicant when the interview took place.
- The internship offer will be based on the information furnished by the interns
in their respective application and resume and otherwise will be null and void
if a material error (in company's opinion) is discovered at any point of
time.
- The Interns will demonstrate sincerity, punctuality, courtesy, cooperative
attitude, willingness to learn, proper etiquettes and appropriate attire, and
maintain the workplace decorum during their entire internship period.
